Ready, Set, Go!

Our HR Start-up Kit includes all the documentation and actions required to establish you as an employer in California. Our hands-on delivery includes assisting you in setting up your HR function and training your staff to manage it. Our HR Start-up Kit includes:

  • Guidance in establishing the basics required for human resources administration for California employers. This will include those items mandated by state or federal regulations, including Cal-OSHA.
  • The required documentation needed for hiring and terminating employees, with sample documents for your customization.
  • A template for an offer letter, including at-will language.
  • Required employment postings, including legal postings, your Industrial Wage Order and a customized sexual harassment policy.
  • Up to four hours of HR consulting time for you to use as needed. This will include training your staff and our on site implementation of the HR Start-up Kit.
