About Our Silvers HR Team
With over 20 years of service to the business community, Silvers HR was founded with the mission to offer superior human resources services to organizations who evaluate their HR programs with a “return on investment” (ROI) approach. Many of our clients need human resources expertise, but aren’t prepared to take on the overhead expense related to hiring a full-time HR specialist. We offer HR expertise in a confidential and no nonsense manner – and we have fun while we’re working with our business partners!
Our services include a full array of human resources offerings including HR start up kits, employee relations counseling, employee handbooks, management training, employee assessments, compensation and benefit program design, employee attraction and retention programs and performance management programs. We offer project-specific services as well as retained services.
