HR Consultant

Kate Kriner, PHRca, is an HR Consultant with an beautiful combination of experience in front line people management, project management, as well as our “go to” researcher for myriad employment related topics. She completed a robust two year development plan covering all aspects of California’s vast employment scene– a continually changing scene which suits Kate well as she loves to learn and research. Kate is a member of the Sacramento Area Human Resource Association.

Prior to joining Silvers HR Kate worked in senior living in Southern California and Florida. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Seattle University. She spent many years in Washington, DC where she worked on Capitol Hill and in various areas of the political arena while providing executive level support.

Kate fills her “free” time with reading (historical fiction), biking (stationary and on the trails of West Roseville) and volunteering with the local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. During the Pandemic, Kate attempted and failed to master sourdough bread baking, but found success creating her own recipe for her perfect chocolate chip cookie.
