Laurie’s Bio

HR Consultant

Laurie Nooren, SPHR, PHRca, SHRM-CP, brings over 20 years of HR experience from the private sector. Prior to joining Silvers HR, LLC, Laurie supported over 300 employees in the property management industry. She holds a BS from California State University, Sacramento, in Business Administration.

Much of Laurie’s work has been in employee relations, performance management, legal compliance and training for multi-site locations. Her specialty is leaves of absence. Laurie is a member of both the local and national Human Resources Associations.

When not working, Laurie enjoys traveling around the world and is a total foodie. She loves to cook for family and friends. She also loves jewelry, especially vintage and antique jewelry, and has even mined rough sapphires and created her own custom pieces. Laurie dotes on her young nieces and her only son, and spoils them ridiculously.
