Kim Silvers - President Silvers HR

CFO

Sheila Cardno recently joined Silvers HR as the CFO after retiring from Spectrum Wealth Management, Inc.  She was the founding partner and principle at Spectrum, a financial planning and investment management group, servicing families and small businesses in the region.   Prior to this work, Sheila served in various IT, marketing and finance positions with Intel.

Sheila is an active community contributor.   She is the President of the Placer SPCA, Treasurer of the Placer Community Foundation and on the Board of Directors for the Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce.  Sheila holds an MBA from Berkeley, a MEd from Oregon and her BA from the University of British Columbia.
