In this fun and interactive two-hour workshop, participants will use customer service tools and best practices to become better prepared and more confident in their ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. After learning core expectations all customers have and applying strategies to real-life scenarios, the workshop culminates in an opportunity to win prizes and glory by providing outstanding customer service in real-time.
