Our total liability to you under this agreement for damages, costs, and expenses, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the compensation paid to Silvers HR, LLC by you under this agreement. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Silvers HR, LLC, its managers, members, officers, employees and agents, harmless from any losses, claims, demands, actions or damages (including any and all actual, consequential and punitive expenses, and attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to the services rendered to you hereunder or otherwise.
*Documents will be emailed in a zip file and will be a mix of editable forms, documents and spreadsheets. This purchase does not include updates to documents.
CA State required pamphlets/notices will be mailed within 5 business days of purchase (5 copies of each pamphlet: DE 2320 – For Your Benefit; DE 2515 – State Disability Insurance Provisions; DE 2511 – California Paid Family Leave; Rights of Victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Stalking; Workers’ Compensation; Sexual Harassment). All sales are final and non-refundable.
